Terms
The plain-language terms for working with us.
The short version
- You pay a monthly price for the plan you choose: $99/mo for the website, $198/mo with Google Business Profile management, or $297/mo with Google Ads management too. Business Profile SEO only is $99/mo.
- There are no setup fees.
- Google Ads spend is not part of our price. You pay Google directly for your ads.
- We confirm your plan, price and start date in writing by email before any work starts.
- We don’t promise rankings, calls or a number of leads.

Who we are
Jesse's Local SEO Service is run by Jesse Lugo, based in Phoenix, AZ. You can reach us at jesse@localopshq.com.
Your plan
Your plan is the one we confirm with you in writing by email. That email and these terms are our agreement. Plans are billed monthly at the price in that email.
Changing or cancelling
Email us any time to change your plan or cancel. We’ll confirm in writing when the change takes effect.
Your website
We build and host your website while your plan is active. The text, photos and logo you send us stay yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
Your Google accounts
You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile and your Google Ads account. You add us with access you can remove any time. Google’s own rules apply to both, and Google can change them.
What we need from you
Accurate business details, such as your services, service area and any license numbers, and quick answers when we ask a question.
